1. Educational Use & Public Access

Curvat.io is made freely available by EduNetSystems for teachers, students, schools, universities, mathematics researchers, and self-learners worldwide.

2. Classroom & LMS Embedding Rights

Educators are granted full permission to embed Curvat.io interactive graphs into:

Learning Management Systems (Canvas, Blackboard, Moodle, Google Classroom, D2L Brightspace, Schoology)
Course websites, syllabus pages, and educational blog posts
Digital textbooks, open educational resources (OER), and classroom slide presentations

Embedding does not require institutional approval, paid subscriptions, or per-seat licensing.

3. User Ownership of Content

Any mathematical graphs, formulas, geometric constructions, or lesson materials you create using Curvat.io remain entirely your intellectual property. Curvat.io claims no ownership over user-generated graphs, exported snapshot files, or shared URL links.

4. Open-Source Ecosystem & Credits

Curvat.io is built upon and proudly acknowledges world-class open-source mathematical libraries:

JSXGraph: Interactive geometry and curve rendering (LGPL).
MathLive: Real-time LaTeX editing (MIT).
MathJS: Symbolic and numeric mathematical evaluation (Apache 2.0).
KaTeX: Fast math typesetting (MIT).

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

Curvat.io is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis for educational and illustrative purposes. While we continually strive for rigorous mathematical numerical accuracy and high performance, EduNetSystems makes no express warranties that graph output is error-free for mission-critical engineering applications.
